Property photography requires an eye for detail, technical expertise, and an appreciation of colour, space and design.
I have been a professional photographer for over 10 years. I use full frame Canon cameras with a range of prime and zoom Canon lenses, along with Canon strobe and Bowens lighting equipment. I tend to use wide angle lenses, along with a Manfrotto tripod and remote shutter release device to ensure perfectly sharp images in all light conditions, internal and external.
Lighting, angles, heights and positions are important.
So is staging. And attention to detail.
There is no single rule that determines where the best image will be taken from, or what lighting and camera settings to use. It's a question of judgement, based on expertise and experience.
Good photographs capture our best qualities, in portraits, and in properties.
